The problem? Too many variants!

Builder.ai’s ecosystem consists of 15+ products. When I began working across them, each one felt disconnected, with inconsistencies everywhere. I couldn’t help but wonder—why was this happening?

To validate my suspicions, I conducted a quick audit. I discovered that the components were not only inconsistent but also had numerous variants—side navigations, headers, buttons, cards, and other elements differed significantly across the products.
